ACRAM Activities  in Antananarivo

Wednesday June 14 was an incredibly busy day in Antananarivo.  Here is an overview of the events we participated in:

We attended the Week of Excellence B2B Forum, where our President, Executive Secretary and ITC showcased the incredible opportunities that our two institutions can provide to stakeholders in the coffee sector in Madagascar.

We also had the privilege of having an audience with Agriculture Minister Harifidy Janset Ramilison.  We presented to him in detail the activities of ACRAM, our fruitful collaboration with the ITC and discussed the concrete actions that could be taken to improve the living conditions of local coffee producers.

A very productive meeting took place with the Integrated Growth Poles and Corridors Project.  Together we have explored cooperation and resource pooling strategies to strengthen our sector and create positive impact at scale.

Finally, we had the pleasure of visiting TAF Madagascar, Master roaster since 1945. Their mission to produce high quality coffee greatly inspired us and we were able to exchange ideas on the promotion of Malagasy coffee on the international market.

We are excited about these incredible opportunities that come our way and are grateful to everyone who supports our work.  We will continue to work tirelessly to support local coffee growers and promote excellence in our industry.

Stay tuned for more exciting updates!
